Greetings everyone,
 
There is a new process to sign up to referee the Cottage Grove tournament this year.
Go to www.refcoord.com
click on the link that says Referee Registration on the right side of the web page
Create a user name and password (write it down)
follow the directions to verify your email address
click on the link that says referee sign in and enter your user name and password
after logging in, click on the words "add organization"
click on select a sport and select soccer
scroll down to Cottage Grove and click where it says "Click here to Request Access"
an email will be sent to me. 
Once this is complete you can click on Sign out at the top of the page.
 
Now you are just waiting for an email from me.  I will confirm your acceptance to officiate in the tournament and ask you to provide your availability information for the tournament.
 
The Cottage Grove tournament starts on Friday, May 9 and runs through Sunday, May 11, 2008
Tentative schedules will be sent to you based on the availability you provided (Please include conflicts w/children playing in games)
Assignment of final dates and times will begin about one week in advance of the tournament and will be posted to the refcoord site
Copies of assignments will be on site when you check in.
 
More information to come, but please make sure you have completed your recertification requirements for this year and please register on the refcoord system so you can officiate games for Cottage Grove this Spring.
